Core Supports

It’s The Little Things That Matter

No matter where you are in your NDIS journey, the basic, everyday help received from  the Nena Cares team makes a world of difference. With our Core Supports, you can have assistance in the home daily or as often as you require. Our disability support workers can help you with cleaning and tidying the house, preparing your meals, getting in and out of bed, going to the bathroom safely and your daily personal grooming. We can also arrange transport for you to get to your medical appointments, social activities, work or school if this is one of your core needs.

Capacity Building

You Are Stronger Than You Know

Your disability doesn’t have to prevent you from achieving your goals or doing things you’ve always dreamt of doing. Through our Capacity Building supports such as development of life skills, you can learn to be more independent and self-confident. Learn how to cook your own meals, money management, take public transport, build relationships or develop your work skills. This service also empowers you to find employment on your own and to participate meaningfully in your community.

There is no greater disability in society than the inability to see a person as more.
